1. If I am submitting three projects, do I need to complete three separate registration forms?

No, you are allowed to submit only one project per category and a maximum of two projects across all categories.

2. Can I include the project name in my submission?

Yes, you may include the project name, but please ensure that you do not identify the submitting firm or architect. All submissions must remain anonymous.

3. What if my file exceeds the 10MB limit?

You will receive a prompt to reduce the file size and resubmit your project once.

4. How will our Jury PDF be displayed?

Jurors will view projects on various devices, including laptops and larger screens. As long as your images are web-ready (300 dpi), there should be no loss of quality.

5. Am I allowed to submit renovated projects?

Yes, renovated projects are permitted, provided they involve at least 85% renovation. Please include before and after photos.

6. What should I do if the architect-of-record is an employee of my firm but is unavailable to sign the documents crediting the design to me?

A copy of the architectural blueprint displaying the firm’s logo will be accepted as proof.
