OBRA convenes respected leaders in architecture whose expertise represents the highest standards of the discipline. The jury includes an ARCASIA architect, Likha Medal awardees, PRC Outstanding Professionals of the Year in Architecture and A distinguished practitioner who have shaped architectural thought and practice in the Philippines and abroad.

Evaluation follows strict rubrics that measure architectural merit with precision and rigor. Submissions are assessed on innovation, technical resolution, environmental responsibility, cultural resonance, social relevance and clarity of intention. Multiple levels of review ensure fairness and thorough deliberation.

To uphold integrity, the process is conducted with complete anonymity. The identities of nominees remain concealed throughout evaluation, ensuring that each work is judged solely on its architectural quality. Only after final deliberation are the authors of winning projects revealed.
